ANSYS Workbench五種接觸類型淺析 Bonded/No Separation/Rough/Frictional/Frictionless

Workbench中提供了5種接觸類型,單從字面上很難理解這幾種接觸的區別,下面將幫助中關于這幾個接觸類型的描述翻譯出來,供參考:
1 Bonded:
This is the default configuration and applies to all contact regions (surfaces, solids, lines, faces, edges). If contact regions are bonded, then no sliding or separation between faces or edges is allowed.
Bonded(綁定):這是AWE中關于接觸的默認設置。如果接觸區域被設置為綁定,不允許面或線間有相對滑動或分離。可以將此區域看做被連接在一起。因為接觸長度/面積是保持不變的,所以這種接觸可以用作線性求解。如果接觸是從數學模型中設定的,程序將填充所有的間隙,忽略所有的初始滲透。
2 No Separation:
This contact setting is similar to the bonded case. It only applies to regions of faces (for 3-D solids) or edges (for 2-D plates). Separation of faces in contact is not allowed, but small amounts of frictionless sliding can occur along contact faces. [Not supported for Explicit Dynamics analyses.]
No Separation(不分離):這種接觸方式和綁定類似。它只適用于面。不允許接觸區域的面分離,但是沿著接觸面可以有小的無摩擦滑動。
3 Frictionless:
This setting models standard unilateral contact; that is, normal pressure equals zero if separation occurs. It only applies to regions of faces (for 3-D solids) or edges (for 2-D plates).
Frictionless(無摩擦):這種接觸類型代表單邊接觸,即,如果出現分離則法向壓力為零。只適用于面接觸。因此,根據不同的載荷,模型間可以出現間隙。它是非線性求解,因為在載荷施加過程中接觸面積可能會發生改變。假設摩擦系數為零,因此允許自由滑動。使用這種接觸方式時,需注意模型約束的定義,防止出現欠約束。程序會給裝配體加上弱彈簧,幫助固定模型,以得到合理的解。
4 Rough:
Similar to the frictionless setting, this setting models perfectly rough frictional contact where there is no sliding. It only applies to regions of faces (for 3-D solids) or edges (for 2-D plates). By default, no automatic closing of gaps is performed. This case corresponds to an infinite friction coefficient between the contacting bodies. [Not supported for Explicit Dynamics analyses.]
Rough(粗糙的):這種接觸方式和無摩擦類似。但表現為完全的摩擦接觸,即沒有相對滑動。只適用于面接觸。默認情況下,不自動消除間隙。這種情況相當于接觸體間的摩擦系數為無窮大。
5 Frictional:
In this setting, two contacting faces can carry shear stresses up to a certain magnitude across their interface before they start sliding relative to each other. It only applies to regions of faces.
Frictional(有摩擦):這種情況下,在發生相對滑動前,兩接觸面可以通過接觸區域傳遞一定數量的剪應力。有點像膠水。模型在滑動發生前定義一個等效的剪應力,作為接觸壓力的一部分。一旦剪應力超過此值,兩面將發生相對滑動。只適用于面接觸。摩擦系數可以是任意非負值。
